Is there a minimum order requirement for jerseys and apparel?

You can order as few as you want for jerseys, socks, or apparel. But if you're thinking of getting custom silk-screened or embroidered logos, we're looking at a minimum of 12. Just a heads up, we can whip up a single embroidered patch sample, but after that, it's a minimum of 12. If the design can be made as sewn twill, there's no minimum.

Can I preview my jerseys before placing an order?

Can my teammates pay individually for jerseys in a team order?

Yes, teammates can pay separately; but we'll kick off the order only after everyone has chipped in.

What are the differences in your jersey styles?

All jerseys are made from 100% polyester air knit material. You can choose from lightweight, mid-weight, or heavier weighted jerseys, and the price depends on the quality. We offer different styles, including uncrested NHL jerseys and other pro-league jerseys, unique styles, practice styles and "league" styles. Let us know your budget, and we'll make some suggestions.

Can I track the status of my order?

Can I order jerseys with just numbers and no logo?

Yep! you can order jerseys with just numbers, just a front design, just a name, or leave them blank.

Can I mix and match customization options for my team?

Absolutely! Feel free to mix it up for your team – names on some, no names on others, sleeve numbers if you want, or keep it simple without.

Is there a minimum order for performance socks if not everyone wants them?

No minimum order is required for any of our in-stock socks.

Are there rush orders or expedited shipping options available?

We usually can rush orders for an additional fee, but time constraints may sometimes limit this option. We also offer express shipping services to meet your urgent needs.

Do you offer discounts for bulk or team orders?

Score 10% off when you grab 10 or more jerseys. Our highest discount is 25% for orders of 60 or more.

10 -17 jerseys = 10%
18 - 29 jerseys = 15%
30 - 59 jerseys = 20%
60+ jerseys = 25%

What is your return and exchange policy for custom jerseys?

Our policy for customized items is a no-return or exchange, but don't worry! If there's a mistake, we'll fix it or create a new product for you. Once the jersey is used, it's considered accepted just the way it is.

Are there any design restrictions for custom logos?

We're eager to work on all designs, but if something doesn't quite fit, we might need to chat about it. We steer clear of copyrighted designs without the green light. If you have any worries about a design, just drop us an email, and we'll quickly check it out and get back to you.

What custom options do you offer?

We provide custom options for your logo, names, and numbers, including sewn twill, embroidered, mixtures of sewn twill and embroidery, silk screen, transfers, heat seal, and more! Here's a breakdown:

• Embroidered: Decorative designs machine-stitched directly onto the patch fabric using the latest embroidery equipment/technology.
• Heat seal: Applying designs using thermo film material that is heat pressed onto the material similar to heat pressed numbers.
• Sewn twill: Fabric pieces stitched onto the material by our skilled sewers.
